Features:

B&H Hardelec-III LH is a medium heavy coated, hydrogen controlled basic type electrode, giving an airhardening type weld metal of hardness approx 575 BHN. The welds are non-machinable and suitable for applications involving severe abrasion and impact. Soft, steady and smooth arc, least spatter and easily detachable slag are some of its operating characteristics.

Applications:

Typical applications include cane cutting knives, bamboo chipper knives, crusher hammers, jaws, rollers, rock drills, tractor gouser, punches, dies, drilling bits, oil expeller worms etc.
