Features:

B&H Hardelec-V is a medium heavy coated basic type, hardfacing electrode giving approximately 550 BHN hardness. It has soft and smooth arc, low spatter and easy slag detachability. It gives uniform bead profile. The weldmetal is alloyed cast iron, which is hard and extremely resistant to abrasion and metal to metal wear.

Applications:

Oil expeller worms, concrete mixer blends, scraper blends, screw conveyors, dredger bucket lips, dippers, plough, shares, cement die rings etc.
